Event Fees
All event fees are priced on application and are determined by the location and duration of the event. Payment can be made on the day of the event. A deposit may be required.

Meeting & Rehearsal Fees
Meetings and rehearsals are generally not required. The majority of arrangements can be successfully made by way of email or telephone.

Meetings and rehearsals are charged for at an hourly rate (depot-depot) in addition to the fee charged for the event. Payment for this service must be made at the time of the meeting or rehearsal.
