Event Fees

•     All event fees are priced on application and are determined by the location and duration of the event.
•     Payment can be made on the day of the event.
•     A deposit may be required.

Meeting & Rehearsal Fees

•     Meetings and rehearsals are generally not required. The majority of arrangements can be sucessfully     made by way of email or telephone.
•     Meetings and rehearsals are charged for at an hourly rate (depot-depot) in addition to the fee charged     for the event.
•     Payment for this service must be made at the time of the meeting or rehearsal.
