Event Fees All event fees are priced on application and are determined by the location and duration of the event. Payment can be made on the day of the event. A deposit may be required. Meeting & Rehearsal Fees Meetings and rehearsals are charged for at an hourly rate (depot-depot) in addition to the fee charged for the event. Payment for this service must be made at the time of the meeting or rehearsal.
